Queensland is in the midst of an environmental crisis from land clearing. Every three minutes an area the size of the Gabba sports stadium is bulldozed in Queensland.
We have to stop the bulldozers urgently but we need your help, and you can make a difference!
By stopping the clearing and restoring the land, we can protect homes for our native wildlife and store massive amounts of carbon that would otherwise be in the atmosphere.
In May we launched an alliance to stop excessive land clearing. This spiked the attention of politicians across the state who know that this will be an election issue when we go to the polls next (we know thats sometime in the next 6-9 months).
Now is the time to take our messages to politicians in key seats in South East Queensland and tell them they must commit to strong urgent action to stop excessive clearing.
