ABOUT

This session is particularly for anyone who has completed day 1 of our Community Leadership Organising Training.

Upon conclusion participants will have undertaken all modules associated with the Fundamental Community Organising Training Package and will be given a certificate of completion.

Day 2 - modules include:

  • Values Based Messaging.
  • Choosing an Issue and Making a plan.
    - Power and community mapping.
    - Building leverage to win.
    - Strategy vs tactics and actions.
    - Identifying and securing resources.
    - Developing timelines.
  • Running effective events - using stories.

Key Learnings

  • Developing strategic campaign plans - from identifying a concern to cutting and issue to developing a strategy and plan.
  • Values based messaging - how to cut through.

Bring: Notebook, Pen - own lunch and a clear mind (Some nibbles will be provided for morning and afternoon tea).
