ABOUT

We've all been there; your team is going along nicely, 10+ people to every meeting, heaps of energy, shared passion for purpose, and then...all of a sudden...things change and there aren't enough team members to get the important organising or campaigning work done!

So what went wrong?

We've found that the number one reason people drift away from M4L teams is that the high levels of energy they enter with are not met with enough meaningful actions and roles that allow them to feel fulfilled and rewarded. This situation is only exaggerated by the unprecedented national lockdown we find ourselves in.

But the good news is that there is a solution!

In this workshop we will discuss how, together, we can build and assign roles and actions that are meaningful, rewarding and fulfilling, fit the needs and skills of our team members, and contribute to our team's goals and objectives, all while not having to leave our own homes.

By the end of this workshop you will have the beginnings of a plan that not only keep your team members active and engaged, but have your team buzzing with energy and activity that positions you to be even more effective in your work.
