We need your help to make the Great Forest National Park a reality.
Following on from 'Pushing the Park Over the Line' at the end of last year we still have some work to do in some of the electorates we were working on.
It is still a crucial part of the campaign process is to communicate the importance of the Great Forest National Park to local MPs, so they can support this campaign in Parliament and update us on what is happening on the Great Forest National Park task-force.
We need your help to contact members of The Wilderness Society in the Pascoe Vale and Monbulk electorates so we can ask them to sign an open letter addressed to the local sitting member.
On Tuesday the 31st of May between 6-9 pm we will be calling these members.
We are calling people who are already associated with the Wilderness society. Phone-banking is easy and enjoyable because you get to connect with members of the community with similar environmental interests, whilst increasing community knowledge and engagement with important environmental issues.
Please join us so we can get these meetings with the local sitting members of Monbulk and Pascoe Vale up and running and get one step closer to the creation of the Great Forest National Park.
