The Wilderness Society (SA) is a running a free Community Organising leadership training on Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th January 2016 from 9:30am until 4:30pm (both days).

The program will be built around 5 core modules.
1 - Core community organising skills (Overview, Relational organising best practices, Making an effective Ask, Recruiting and retaining volunteers)
2 - Leadership and Adult learning styles (Leadership and VARK adult learning styles)
3 - Marking an effective plan (Choosing an issue and making a plan + exercise)
5 - The power of story (Using personal narrative and practicing)
