Join us for an evening of presenting and workshopping a powerful community voice for climate and nature.
Extractive industries control much of the media narrative on climate and nature. Through propaganda, they assert the necessity of their environmental exploitation and frame it as good for our community. This in turn allows them to continue polluting and destroying ecosystems with minimal reproach.
We know that the community does care about protecting nature and taking action on climate change. Yet, as individuals, taking on these industries can seem daunting. As a collective, we have the power to overcome vested interests.
Join us for an evening of talks with leaders from the climate and nature protection movements, workshopping a strategic approach to communications against vested interests, and establishing a ‘community voice’.
Please bring a laptop if you have one accessible!
