We are showing Forest Defenders and Desert Wetlands: Pulse of the Outback starting at 6.30pm on the 24th of November at the Red Hill Cinemas. Join us for a screening of ‘Desert Wetlands – Pulse of the Outback’, a documentary by Geoff Spanner about Australia's spectacular Desert Wetlands. The film was awarded the 2019 Best Ecosystem Award at the Wildlife Conservation Film Festival in New York and an Outstanding Excellence Award at Docs Without Borders.

Forest Defenders: The Fight to Protect Tasmania’s Native Forests, takes you straight to where ordinary people are stepping up to protect some of the most incredible forests in the world from the archaic practice of native forest logging.

Made entirely by those involved in the fight, this film has a simple aim: To inspire you to join them and take Action for Earth. 

Guests to arrive at the cinema by 6.30pm. For COVID contact tracing purposes, all guests will need to check in using the Queensland Government COVID app.
