Wilderness Society Newcastle board, staff and volunteers are warmly invited to our AGM and initial stages of our strategic planning for 2020.

This is an excellent opportunity to bring together the three volunteer teams for the first time as we have newly established the Merewether team and the Charlestown team this year.

It is also important that we take time to connect all of the circles that together make the Newcastle campaign centre. Having the board, staff and volunteers in one place is a rare and important opportunity- we hope you can join us.

The plan for the evening

AGM

At 6.00pm we will hold the 2019 AGM which will only take 30 minutes.

Planning

From 6.30-7.30pm we will discuss some key components for our strategic planning process. We do not intend to complete a full strategic plan at this time but hope to bring everyone up to speed and make some rough sketches to get us started in 2020.

Dinner

From 7.30pm we will be sharing a vegetarian dinner together which will be provided.

With our powers combined 2020 will be another huge year building the TWS Newcastle movement for nature and achieving our campaign goals.
