New South Wales’ eastern coastal forests are some of the most biodiverse forests on earth.
Home to at least 150 species considered at risk of extinction, such as the koala, spotted-tail quoll and greater glider.

Unfortunately in NSW native forest logging is widespread and these iconic places and species are at risk of destruction, being turned into woodchips, pallets, or ending up on Bunnings shelves.
In 2026, we have a chance to change this story.
Join us on the 7th of March as we launch our campaign to protect these vital ecosystems, and learn how we can call on bunnings to stop profiting from native forest destruction and commit to a native forest free supply chain.
You’ll hear from experts, organisers, campaigners and connect with likeminded locals inspired towards environmental action.
