The Environmental Protection and Biodiversity and Conservation Act (EPBC) is a key piece of our environment law. 

Every ten years the EPBC must undergo a review and for its second decade- that review has just been announced. A panel has been established that will be receiving submissions from the public from late November until early February. 

It is critical that the panel hears a strong demand from our community for our environment laws to be much stronger.

We are currently the world leader in mammal extinctions and number 2 in the world for biodiversity loss. There are far too many exemptions and the laws are failing to protect the life that supports us.

This workshop will give you a background for submission writing in general and guidance in writing the best possible EPBC review submission.
