Join our webinar to get the information you need to write a powerful submission to stop Pilliga CSG!
After close to a decade of resistance, the final push to protect the Pilliga and keep the region gasfield free is soon to be determined.
The Independent Planning Commission has received a referral from the NSW Department of Planning to review the Narrabri gas project. This is the last step before approval for Santos’ plan to plunder 850 coal seam gas (CSG) wells through the recharge zone of the Great Artesian Basin in the precious Pilliga forest and surrounding farmland - all on the sacred land of the Gamilaraay people.
We now have an opportunity to stop this risky project by making a submission to the Independent Planning Commission. It’s important that they hear from people like you and together we can demonstrate widespread opposition to the project.
We must stand strong and unified to make this moment as powerful as it can be.
