The Wilderness Society has an ever expanding network of passionate team leaders, community organisers, and enthusiastic volunteers! For over 40 years we have advocated on behalf of the environment, and have had some incredible campaign wins along the way.

We are excited to announce we are setting up a Wallsend volunteer team!

This Welcome Night event is for anyone in the community to come and find out more about the Wilderness Society and what we do. If you're interested in joining the team at the end of the evening you can add your name to the list and we will kick things off in early April.

Come and meet like-minded people in your area, find out more about community organising and what our current Wilderness Society campaigns are.

When: Wednesday 11th March, 5.30pm till 7.30pm

Where: Sporties Bowling Club, 5 Fogo Street, Wallsend

Refreshments will be provided.
