Together this federal election, we can change the laws of nature. We have a chance to secure strong new national laws that actually protect our environment. We can change the tide of environmental vandalism and give power back to communities.
The federal election provides a big opportunity to secure strong new national nature laws that work and an independent watchdog to enforce the laws.

Elections are decided in key electorates that tip the balance as to who has the numbers to form government. We are working in two marginal electorates this election: Reid (NSW) and Bonner (QLD). The political parties will be watching every move in these areas and will be highly sensitive to views they are getting back from voters. It’s the perfect opportunity to engage and move voters on why Australia needs strong new nature laws that work.
Politicians are feeling the pressure from their constituents. Now it’s time to up the ante in these crucial seats and lock in the strongest possible policies for nature and climate—through the power of the voters considering environmental policies when they step up to the ballot box.
Momentum is building for nature and climate but we have to keep the pressure up. You can help with this. Join us on 1 May to be a part of this once in a generation opportunity to see effective change for nature.
