BBQ for Biodiversity

WHEN
Sunday 27 September 2026
11:00am to 1:30pm

WHERE
By the playground Whites Hill Reserve 258 Boundary Rd, Camp Hill

Join us for a BBQ for Biodiversity at Whites Hill Reserve, bringing together people who love nature for some good food, great company and an opportunity to take action for our forests and wildlife.

We'll kick off with a BBQ from 11:00am to 12:30pm, where you can meet other nature lovers, hear about the work we're doing to protect native forests and take action calling on Bunnings to go deforestation free.

We'll also talk about why we need governments to step up and protect the forests and bushland that our wildlife depends on. Protecting nature will take action from both governments and corporations, and communities like ours have an important role to play in holding them accountable.

Then at 12:30pm, we'll head into the beautiful bushland of Whites Hill Reserve for a one hour guided walk to look for some of the koalas that call the forest home.

It's a great chance to take action for nature and then get out into the forest and experience some of the wildlife we're working to protect.

What to expect
