We know that everyone, no matter their voting intention or political affiliation, loves nature and wants to protect it. We must continue demonstrating this to our State and Federal Leaders.

We have an opportunity over the next three months to show that our movement for nature is strong. You are the leaders of that movement and that is why I am inviting you to a meeting next Monday - because now, more than ever, nature needs people. 

The Queensland Government is making decisions NOW on the fate of koala habitat in Southeast Queensland. We will be calling on them to urgently protect all remaining habitat by tightening our planning laws to make it harder for big developers to bulldoze koala habitat. 

It is crucial that we show the overwhelming support that exists for protecting koala habitat. 

Will you join us next Monday to discuss and develop ideas for bringing everyone together over this important issue? It will be a great opportunity to reconnect. Light refreshments will be provided.
