Join the Bayside Wilderness Society group for a relaxed day out in nature on Minjerribah, North Stradbroke Island. This is a chance to slow down, enjoy one of South East Queensland’s most beautiful coastal walks, and connect with others who care deeply about protecting forests, bushland and wildlife.
We will travel together on the 7:45am ferry from Cleveland to North Stradbroke Island, then complete the stunning North Gorge Walk. Along the way, there is a good chance of spotting wildlife such as turtles, dolphins and coastal birdlife. We will finish the walk with a relaxed lunch at a local cafe.
This day is about getting out into nature, building community, and sharing conversations about what is happening locally and across Queensland to protect forests and bushland.
