This Federal election Australia has a choice that could mean being serious about providing environmental flows in the Murray Darling, or banning oil exploration in the bight and properly protecting iconic species like the southern right whale …and you can help us ensure our supporters know what is at stake.

Your involvement can have a big impact on the outcome of the election, because people power really works!
 
Australia is ranked #2 in the world for biodiversity loss, and #1 for mammal extinction. Even the iconic koala was recently added to the threatened species list.
But with your help, we can ensure that effective Federal legislation to protect the environment will be enacted.
 
We have commitments from some of the major parties to overhaul the failing laws, and to introduce an independent Environment Protection Authority in Australia, which promises to give our environment and communities a voice... not just to pander to the interests of big business.

Imagine the effect on the river systems if environmental flows were the primary consideration, rather than the demands of big agriculture. If we were serious about the environment, we would accept that climate change means we shouldn’t be opening up new oil fields in the Great Australian Bight, or approving new coal mines.

This is a huge opportunity, the likes of which we've never seen before, and our supporters need to know. This is where you come in.
 
Together we will call our supporters to let them know how significant the opportunity before us is, and we will invite them to hear more about the campaign, what's at stake, and how they can be involved.
 
These sessions are a great way for anyone to make a contribution, no matter their age or experience, and to meet new like-minded people friends. Full training is provided and support staff are always on hand. Haven't jumped on the phones with us before? There's never been a better time to get involved, we have a bold plan to make new laws for Nature the number 1 issue this coming election and with all of us working together, we'll do it.

The team will show newcomers the ropes, cover the fundamentals of the campaign, and get on the phones with you.
