The 8th December is a parliamentary sitting day which means most of the state MPs will be in Parliament House. This is a great opportunity to put on a strong show of support for the Great Forest National Park.
We want to create a very visual celebration of our forests so we will have placards, banners and the ubiquitous animal suits for us all to use. We will come together at 5pm for a group photo that we will send far and wide and then hand out flyers to the public at parliament train station for half an hour.
This action will be one of the last events of the year and we want to celebrate everyone's involvement with the campaign this year so when we are finished we will all go for a drink at a local pub around 6.30 or 7pm.
Come stand in solidarity with us on the steps of Parliament!
See you there
Ben
