Come and join the Wilderness Society Southern Suburbs 'Slam' poetry night.

We’ll be celebrating the spoken words about our community, environment and nature.

Poetry Slam is the freedom of speech, to let your insides show off to the outside. 
It is a fantastic opportunity to speak up and not to be judged, but have people listening to what you have to say. 

Because someone said once "To have someone understand your mind is a different kind of intimacy."

- we are all about compassion and togetherness and love building communities. 

With or without a poem join us to have a great time with other nature lovers and some great chats with members of the Wilderness Society.

There'll also be the opportunity to discuss what we are doing in the Southern Suburbs of Brisbane.
