This Federal Election provides a great opportunity for Resources Minister Josh Frydenberg to say ‘No’ to opening up new fossil fuel reserves in the Great Australian Bight.

On Saturday 25 June, the Wilderness Society is joining forces with ACF, AYCC, and Lighter Footprints for a Doorknocking Day of Action in Josh Frydenberg’s electorate of Kooyong. Together will will be doorknocking for climate and the Great Australian Bight.

Never doorkocked before? Don't worry - we'll start the day with a workshop at 10am. We will talk through the Great Australian Bight campaign, conduct training on persuasive conversations and effective asks.  We’ll cover everything you need to have impactful conversations with the citizens of Kooyong. The fate of this iconic part of Australia and our climate is in our hands.
