When: 8:45am–5pm on Saturday, 6 May and 9am–3:30pm on Sunday, 7 May
Our leading community organising and campaign training is all about immersing yourself in a learning and development experience.
This course will give you experience and skills in:
- The theory and frameworks of community organising
- How to build powerful community networks and relationships
- Communications for change (telling your personal narrative)
- Victorian Campaign planning
- Activating your local community
- Building grassroots groups
Once you’ve completed our 2 Day Fundamentals of Community Organising Training, you’ll be well equipped to join our national community organising network who are making real, tangible change for our living world. You'll have the opportunity to work with your local Victorian community group and existing local networks to take effective action on the issues we all care about.
