Keen to get the latest inside scoop to the nature laws being discussed in Parliament?
Please join me for a coffee and catch up this Sunday morning and get the inside scoop to what is happening in parliament this week.
As you know, the Australian government is reforming our broken nature law - the EPBC Act.
Currently, their proposals are riddled with loopholes and won’t actually stop deforestation and extinctions. The government has an urgent, once-in-a-generation opportunity to step up and pass nature laws that work. We have been working with and lobbying MPs to take our requests for changes to parliament.
RSVP in the top right of the page.

As a local community, we have a particularly important role to play at this moment.
Our Federal Member of Parliament, Michelle Ananda-Rajah, is one of six we have identified as particularly important to engage as the legislative reforms that are being considered.
We have been demonstrating to her that we need nature laws that actually protect forests and stop extinction.
Please drop in for a cuppa any time between 9am and 11am Sunday 29th.
See you there!
Baeley, Community Organiser.
