This October, we're getting together with you and your community, to write to our elected reps.
We're asking them what they're doing to ensure we all have a future with clean water and air, a safe climate, and to protect the places we love, by ensuring our national nature laws are up to scratch.
Why? Australia's 20 year old environment laws are up for review and we're committed to making sure the people in charge of reviewing them do a proper job of it.
A hand-written letter is eye-catching and one of the most effective ways to get the attention of MPs in this age of digital communication and millions of emails.
When: 6 - 8pm, Tuesday 8 October 2019.
Where: Wilderness Society Campaign Centre, 351 - 355 King Street, West Melbourne 3003.
Who: You, me, our mates who also want to get to work to protect the places we love.
A crew of experienced letter-writers will be on hand to provide training, support, and guides in case you're wondering "How on earth do I write to my MP?".

Please RSVP so we have an idea on numbers. All are welcome, so please share with your networks and invite friends and family.
