Movement For Life training gives you the building blocks to spread your values and create change in your community. Together, we’re putting the power back in the hands of the people.

Our leading community organising training is all about immersing yourself in an incredible learning and development experience.

Using tools and techniques honed in community organising programs across the world, we’ll help you reach new audiences and have empowering conversations about the things that matter to you— and the reasons we should all support life.

This free two-day course will give you experience and skills in:

  • The theory and frameworks of community organising
  • Relational organising
  • Leadership and facilitation
  • Communications for change (telling your personal narrative)
  • Campaign planning
  • Activating your local community
  • Building grassroots teams and volunteer management

Afterwards, you’ll be well equipped to work with us on our current campaigns and community organising program, as well as with your local community or organisation to take effective action on the issues you care about.

Accessibility: The venue is wheelchair accessible. If you have any other questions about accessibility or need other arrangements in place, please don't hesitate to send me an email at [email protected]

The Wilderness Society respectfully acknowledges that this training is held on unceded lands of the Whadjuk Noongar people. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and leaders emerging.
