Late last year the WA Environment Minister snuck through approval of South32's Worsley bauxite mine expansion- dismissing over 130 community appeals against the project.
Federal Environment Minister Tanya Plibersek is now our best hope of stopping the destruction of nearly 4,000 ha of the Northern Jarrah Forest and countless endangered and unique species of flora and fauna.
The Minister has until February 5 to make her decision. We need to act now to make sure she hears that our communities overwhelmingly oppose South32's destruction of forest and climate.
Join us virtually to tell Minister Plibersek you want this forest-destroying and emissions-polluting project to be rejected!
