Feeling confused about Australia's political system and how it works on a federal, state and local level?

 

This workshop will empower you with all the necessary foundational knowledge to understand how the political system is structured and where the major points of influence lie.

About the presenter:

Patrick Roso has experience in local government advocacy and assisting community based organisations to realise their goals. Patrick holds a Diploma of Community Services and will shortly be graduating with a Commerce degree from UWA and is on the board of The Wilderness Society WA Committee of Management. 

 

About the facilitator:

Stephanie Poly is the Community Organiser for The Wilderness Society WA. Stephy works closely with individuals to build up their leadership skills, providing them and their communities with the necessary skills to strategically plan and effectively execute very localised campaigns on issues that matter the most to them.
